- Write the prompt in the center and fill in the rest of the page with evidence that supports the truth of what’s in the middle.
- Goal: collect evidence to build momentum on new beliefs, life aspects you want to manifest, etc.

One Belief At A Time by Byron Katie
(On Byron Katie’s website there is a “Downloads” button in the top right corner and you’re looking for the “One-Belief-At-A-Time” worksheet download in your preferred language. Highly recommend you play with any of her free resources!)
*We are each our own decider of what beliefs work for us, there are therefore no “right” or “wrong” beliefs. Only “right” and “wrong” for YOU. <– even this is my personal belief.
*As far as which beliefs to question, keep, reprogram, a decent place to start is to feel inside yourself for the ones that cause you distress as opposed to the beliefs that set you free. Then align your beliefs with your values. For example, if you value feeling free, choose to believe the beliefs that help you to feel free. If you value feeling distressed, choose the one that helps you feel distressed. <– Even this advice is through my point of view and FULL DISCLAIMER I value living my values. You may not, and therefore choose to align your beliefs with something else. There is no right or wrong way, only right or wrong for YOU.
*It’s simple, not necessarily easy, but it is simple. Unless of course, you believe it’s complicated, then it absolutely is.

~ Alternate Nostril Breathing, or some other form of relaxing into Alpha brainwaves (or lower)
~ Write, read, and FEEL each of your chosen new beliefs
~ Future Self Meditation to merge your little girl and old woman with your current self
BONUS ***You can also choose a symbol/item/time/number to pair with each new belief so when you see the symbol, you remember to repeat/re-feel your new belief. Our mind learns through repetition so the more repeats the better. E.g. every time I see a red car I remember my new belief “I always have everything I need.”
